A recognized software company with 23+ years in the market is looking for new teammates to join the Marketing & Sales team to help us boost business in the US.
As a Business Growth Executive, it’s your job to set up appointments and find potential clients in the US territory for the sales team. You’re the first step in the prospecting process, and sales teams rely on your persuasive abilities and creative methods of finding potential customers.
What you will do
* Identify and grow opportunities within US territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
* Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts in the US.
* Handle inbound non-qualified prospects.
* Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements.
* Drive and nurture the customer interest, convert it into an opportunity and once qualified, pass it over to the sales representative to drive to closure.
* Keep up-to-date information in the CRM at all time.
* Communicate clearly the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders.
* Bring new and innovative ideas to boost marketing & sales initiatives.
What You’ll Need To Be Successful
* Interest in developing a career in Sales/Marketing (must)
* Exceptional communication & presentation skills– both written and verbal. (must)
* Strong in teamwork and ability to learn and adapt quickly. (must)
* IT knowledge or interest in developing a career in the IT industry. (nice to have)
* Experience in international & B2B sales (nice to have)
* Born, growth or lived many years in the US (nice to have)
Hard requirements
* Native in English (must)
* Knowledge and working experience with marketing automation tools; preferably Hubspot (nice to have)
* Technology savvy (office, online tools, presentation tools, etc.) (nice to have)
