Seguro de Caución w/ foreign income or new job

Has anyone had success getting a seguro de caución with foreign income and/or a new-ish job? We're apartment hunting and one of us has foreign income and the other has had a local job for 8-9 months.

Respaldar worked for us in similar circumstances but not all inmobiliarias accept. You’d then need to use their website to find ones that do - it’s all a mafia.
