Very beautiful and spacious house for share in Palermo Viejo. Newly renovated! Very Clean!
Three levels, large American kitchen with all amenities, generous dining/living room with plasma TV, DVD and WIFI throughout the house.
Very airy and bright bedrooms upstairs with AC units and Gas heating, large built-in closets, queen size bed. Large full bath/shower with Jacuzzi tub, additional separate toilet on ground floor.
Patio on same floor and huge terrace on top floor, breezy and comfortable seating to enjoy a glass of vino or read a book.
The area is very quiet and save, no bus driving thru street but bus stop on both corners and easy access to subte red or green! Only a ten min walk to the hustle and bustle of Palermo SoHo and ca. thirty min walk to Palermo Hollywood with its restaurants and bars.
Park for jogging just around the corner, Gym Baires UP 5 min walk away, COTO supermarket 5 min away, small grocery and laundry just around the corner.
