Shared office space for rent in a very stylish, fully furnished and equipped office in the center of Buenos Aires, close to Plaza San Martin and 9 de Julio. Newly renovated space with wood floors, modern furniture and updated bathroom and kitchen fixtures.
Offices (2 currently available) are approximately 3 meters x 3 meters, include desk, telephone, high speed WIFI, small storage space, air conditioning, shared kitchen area with fridge & microwave, water cooler, & full bathroom. Office is very quiet (no street noise) as it faces a small internal patio area of the building.
You'll be sharing the space with the CEO of a marketing firm that has a separate office and work area. 24 / 7 day a week access.
Asking $1,750 pesos per month per office, 1 month (refundable) security deposit required. Offered on a month to month basis with the possibilty of a longer term contract. Both english and spanish spoken.
Price includes ALL costs, including housekeeping service once per week, and centrally monitored security system.
