it is an interesting debate. The leaders of montoneros, erp and the genocidals were under trial many years ago and were sentence to jail. But only leaders. Why? Because the military who were free were bombing schools. Sorry, but if this is not terrorism, what it is? The way genocidals make a strike??????
After several military rebelions, a wide amnesty was granted by menem. So, Mercjoe, say thanks to you relatives for the release of Firmenich.
Nowadays, all the genocidals are under prosecution, from the president to the simple agent who use to kiddnap. And they were terrorist and subversivos too. They deserve jail, probably they deserve death penalty, but human rights is about to respect the law and death penalty at the military code was abolised by Nestor K. So, thanks him.
Regarding the victims of terrorist you mention, they have the right to prosecute when the law allows it, i understand your anger, you come from a family where they have no respect for law, that s why you might have a relative in jail.
Regarding to montoneros and erp, it is a fact that almost all of them were killed, i mean, the military units. Just a few are alive and they can be prosecuted, among other crimes, for the assesination of Rucci and the attacks to military barracks during democracy.
I believe that what they did is unforgiven, violence is not acceptable.
But people who didn t participate in military actions cannot be prosecuted.
Do you know what was the federal chamber anti terrorist during 1971 up to 1973???
It was the legal way to fight terrorism, they sent to jail all of them. They should do the same but videla decided for a genocidal, so he and his gang deserve what they have.
Regards
