Almost any 'fancy' hotel will have one and a simple google search 'Spa Buenos Aires' will give you all the information you need. For Christmas, my grandma got me an online gift card from these folks: http://www.aloe-spa.com/ I haven't used it yet but their website looks great and their prices are definitely the best I found in the city.
