SS Check

No, mine arrived on time.
Is it maybe a "proof of life" issue?

Yes, it is probably a "proof of life" form issue.

Fortunately, after your benefits have been suspended, the SBU (Special Bebefits Unit) at the US Embassy in BA can help you get them restored.

My February deposit was made on the 3rd as usual, even thought I have not submitted a proof of life form since 2018.

In November of 2022 I called the Social Security office in my home town in the USA and they checked to see if I was required to submit the form before 2023.

They told me that there was no need for me to submit the form at that time.

Social Security in the USA has a toll free number you can call. I used Skype to call the local office because it's always nice to talk to someone from my home town. 🤠

I know this because my benefits were suspended twice in the past ten years and the SBU helped me both times.

The first time I did not send a form because I never received one in the mail in Argentina and I knew nothing about the requirement.

The second time I returned the form, but it was never received in the USA.

Do you happen to have an email address for them?
Not in my present email archives.

If you enter the words "social security US embassy" in an internet search you will find this link:
