Good article based on a study of peoples traits in each of the fifty states(don't miss the interactive graphics). I've lived in most areas of the states and the findings look fairly accurate to me.
How do people fell Argentines would fall into these catagories if they had been included in the study?

I would expect Porteños to score very high on neuroticism, high on extroversion, low on agreeableness, very low on conscientiousness and moderate to low on openness.

I would agree. My guess is that Argentines outside of B.A. would tend to fall probably closer to some of the midwest states (i.e. argricultural states). The feeling I got in Argentina is that the rural folks weren't that fond of a lot of the people from B.A.
