Storage Places in BA

Hey All,

A friend of mine is in BA and will be travelling throughout South America for 3 months and is wanting to know about storage facilities available where she can safely store her things (2 large suitcases, a few boxes, some electronics, no furniture) until she gets back from travelling?

I know that in the States storage places are quite common, whats the scoop on this service in BA?

Yup... A friend had his house on storage for 2 years and I think it was about $150/month, but of course, that was 3 years ago. Look for guardamuebles

No experience with this in the end, but a while back I looked into this .
Google "self storage buenos aires" and you will get a few hits on US style box storage places. Guardamuebles is correct, but will probably find you the older style places that do not necesarily specialise in small scale storage.
