I went to Benihana last night and was chatting with the manager. Supposedly some of the biggest distributors are about to close permanently.

I've been thinking about returning to BA or heading to Thailand. This is one big step up for Bangkok. Good grief !

Was thinking of going down to Chinatown and buying up a whole load of stuff that I know won't be on their shelves much longer.... sauces, noodles, basmati rice etc. Can't say I'm a major fan of sushi although my wife is, and to be honest it burns quite a large hole in my pocket.
