Yes, if you aren't itemizing deductions you may be able to use a simple 1040 EZ form. You can download the form and the instructions off the internet.

If you just have one w-2 and are taking the standard deduction, I can help you fill out the 1040 EZ. It only has something like 15 lines to fill out. I haven't paid anyone to do my taxes in over 20 years. It really is easy to do. https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-prior/f1040ez--2017.pdf
