Responsibilities:
Closely working with both local and remote teams, you will:
• Attend product presentations and other training sessions
• Conduct user task analysis
• Write, edit, and format online help
• Apply technical writing guidelines, ensuring compliance of online help to in-house style and standards and adherence to Information Mapping methodology
Skills required:
• An undergraduate degree, preferably in technical communication, professional writing, or English
• Training or experience in information technology
• Excellent English-language writing and editorial skills
• The ability to work in a team, as well as being quality-oriented, user-focused, and committed to meeting deadlines
