I'm a USA-based freelance technical writer. I'll be visiting BA this Summer as a tourist, and I'd like to meet other tech writers, authors, and editors while I'm in town. I'm curious about what's going on in our field in BA, and especially curious to learn whether local high-tech companies ever hire foreign tech writers for English-language documentation projects. I've been doing tech writing for 25 years, and freelancing for 10, writing for engineering audiences in the semiconductor and data storage industries.
