Temporary Resident buying used car + international USD transfer

I'm seeing helpful guidance on buying a used car as an expat here, but I'm trying to understand how the payment process will work given it requires USD. I will need to transfer USD internationally into a local USD account. Are there banks that handle high dollar amount international wire transfers best? Or is there another process? Any guidance on how to do this would be much appreciated, thanks!

Official manufacturer car dealerships are still pricing and accepting ARS pesos for brand new cars. At least in the price range that I watch. And that is where good deals are since the manufacturer only updates their price once per month. Is a manufacturer dealership pricing in USD for the used car your are considering?

I would wonder why the seller asking you to pay USD. I can understand if it is an older car that the seller has set their price without wanting to bother with fx fluctuations. Though I know nothing of the used car market, except they are often overpriced.

Are you planning to buy a used car from an acquaintance or from sites such as kavak? Can you please share more as I'm considering options to buy a car here.

I strongly suggest you hire a company to get the car inspected and scanned before you buy it. Kavak and similar sell cars in poor shape as much as other used car dealers. It is best to deal with a private, but you need to be careful. Try not to buy vehicles from Facebook marketplace. Never deal in cash, this is not like real estate. You need to also get your own reports on vehicle ownership, etc. If possible get help from a local friend if you go this way.

I recently sold a vehicle and priced it is usd, not because of my own relocation, but psychologically setting these prices in pesos in the tens of millions just makes it look like a ton of money (too many zeros)
