The first thing that has struck me is the open, cooperative attitude and willingness to talk to the press and almost everybody else.
Clearly this is a habit that Macri has insisted on since that first press conference the day following his win in the runoff.
What a pleasant change from the closed doors and circuses of previous years.
 
Let's see what happens once there is something to hide. CFK was also far more open back in the day.

Again, most indicators about Macri are positive, but we don't know anything yet.

Macri's had a history of doing these press conferences and "transparency" in the city. Now obviously how transparent that "transparency" really is is anyone's guess.
