Ryan- Canadian hairdresser that is recommended here sometimes is AMAZING. In addition to being extremely good at what he does, he really cares about your hair and his clients. He is fabulous company and also (on color at least) offers a 10 day guarantee- like if you hate it in three days you can come back in and get it fixed!
