Aesop's famous fable has taken on a new popularity here in Argentina.Yesterday, having coffee with an Argentine client downtown he told me about
it. As is well known in the fable, the Scorpion (here Cristina and all the Kichnerista music:,la Campora Maximo, etc.) ask the frog (the Argentine people) to carry them across the river of life.let's say.
The frog says O.K. but I'm afraid that you'll sting and kill me.The Peronist Scorpion says why would I do that then we'd both drown? They start to cross and,you know it,the scorpion stings the frog badly.
But in the 2016 version they don't drown immediately the frog struggles and is able to throw off the scorpion just in time enough to survive. The frog's health (economy) is damaged but he leaves the scorpion floundering in mid-stream and contniues onward.
O.K.It's a little simplistic but let's hope it comes true.
