Where to buy African Dwarf Frogs in Buenos Aires?

I don't know if they'd be legal here, so not sure if you're going to find them in a legal shop.

If they have them here at all though it will be at the illegal animal market in Pompeya. Go out there and you'll never want to buy an exotic pet again -- you can see all sorts of animals being mistreated -- owls with wings clipped, strapped to cages etc. Half-blinded animals, 100s of birds stuffed into tiny cages etc. My friend's (horrible a-hole) ex-husband made his living selling snakes, lizards and exotic spiders there. It's a pretty awful place, but hey, you'll get a good insight into the exotic pet trade.

Sounds truly ghastly Syngirl.
I wouldn't even want to go out of curiosity, having witnessed how they treat animals in Spain first hand.

Greetings!!!

I strongly recommend you to go to Tigre (north buenos Aires) near el puerto de frutos and the casino on a weekend... there are lots of places where there sale strange animals (frogs, spiders, and other "things" :p)

You just have to take the train that goes to El Tigre and then walk a few blocks...

Hope you can find your gift for your boyfriend!!! have a good one!
