Its not a bad idea, but the mine goes more far than that. I would make a tape with a resume of the whole decay history process and their each single reasons and responsables, and then travel to 1930 for show it to the people and the goverment (Yrygoyen I guess) and stop everything before it begins.
I know it will gonna change a lot of future susses, but I think it still worth.
