Looking to make some chile verde? I've looked for tomatillos and had no luck. I buy cilantro from Bolivan or Peruvian grocers. I not sure what cultures use tomatillos around here. I know Argentines don't.

They are grown here as a very small specialty crop in Cordoba . They area fussy plant here, they only grow in certain spots like Cordoba so expect to pay top dollar when it is in season. Itacate is a good lead .
