Transferring USD to ARS via Western Union - any difference between cash pick up direct to Argentinian bank account?

Will I still get the Western Union cash rate (today 447)? Will transferring cash direct to a bank account trigger AFIP controls who will start asking questions about where the money is coming from and why?

i never did cash pickup, always straight to BBVA. same rate for everyone.
