Translating web pages

Sometimes my auto Google translating web pages into English just will not work. So I tried this browser and it seems to translate where Google won't. I have no idea if it is a 'safe' application. I only use it to do the job when necessary.

I've noticed that Google translate can sometimes have difficulty translating because it cannot auto determine the native language of the page. For example if there are ads or multiple languages in the text. Sometimes I have to specifically tell it what language the page is natively in.

Yes I find the simpler the layout of the page the easier it is for Chrome to auto translate. Ads, fancy layouts and other guff prevents it from doing its job sometimes. If that happens I usally give up and move on to something else or if it's important enougj I'll copy and paste into a translator. Even that can't be done on some sites as it prevents you from doing it.
