Translation help!

Yes, very common in the US or the UK. Just ask for a "full set" - that means a full set of sculpted on acrylics. Or the new thing if you don't want to have longer nails is the OPI gel polish, which is an acrylic color gel paint that gives a similar effect but is supposed to be better for your nails.
 
Its those fake nails that are acrylics that they do with glue and powder in layers. I think in the US you'd call them a full set (or at least thats what my friends used to call them)
 
Nail extensions or nail overlays....you can specify gel or acrylic if necessary.
 
In Belgium we call them gel-nails, as gel is an english word I suspect it's that the word is the same in English?
