Travelers Medical Care? US or Arg?

Hello,
I am wondering if anyone has a lead on a low cost medical- travel insurance or other form of insurance from the US. I was denied coverage at hospital Aleman because of a pre-existing condition and it has soured my experience here. That being said, I am not opposed to trying private insurance down here if I will be covered and if the price is right.

Are you looking for regular medical care, or "just in case of emergency" type of coverage? I've used World Nomad for basic travel insurance... they're not going to cover routine check-ups or tests, but will cover any illness or injury that causes you to seek emergency care. About $70 USD per month.
