i work there...and believe me they dont help at all

I think that there is an office for employment services of sorts in the building next to the sinagogue in Libertad St, in downtown. They give courses in computers too.
Also check with the Tzedaka organization located in Serrano St near Corrientes, the ORT school and the Maimonides University. Good luck!
