I know that there are places that have frozen turkeys and ducks closer to Thanksgiving but can you get fresh ones anywhere in town ?

These guys always have turkey - http://www.delicateses.com.ar/

And I've been making turkey sandwiches for months with the fresh sliced turkey breast at Valenti. Much better than the occasional vacuum-sealed packs at the grocery stores.

They have sheep offal!!!! i wonder if i can get bofe de cordero, suet de cordero and a cows/sheeps stomach from them!

Haggis here i come! :D

If you are making haggis, you gotta send me some of that, I can pay some $ to try it :)

I tried making haggis with beef stuff before, it wasn't very good. Far too strong tasting.

The lungs are not 100% essential, but without them if not as "fluffy".
The beef fat and liver was probably what made it too strong too.

i'll need to source a mincer too as last time i tried i chopped the stuff as finely as i could.

It's a relatively simple process

Duck is available in the mercado de juramento, the supermarkets of narrio chino, the mercado del progreso and as of recently at the coto near my house (frozen)
