Unofficial Euro Exchange Rate

Does anyone know where I can find out the unofficial/black market/negro/whatever you want to call it rate for the euro? I can find tons of this information on the dollar, but the euro is proving to be more difficult.

Do you think that http://dolarblue.net/ is more reliable than http://www.precioeuro.com.ar/? While they provide very similar numbers on the dollar they are providing VERY different quotes on the Euro ( venta 10.64 vs 6.69)

Precioeuro shows the official exchange rate ± a few centavos, while dolarblue.net shows the exchange rate you can get (or pay) in cuevas in BsAs.

The actual exchange rate in Mendoza last Thursday was 1 Euro = AR$ 9.40 - both U$S and Euro exchange rates are below those in BsAs.

At the same time, the official rate was 1,000 Chilean pesos = 10.8 AR$, but a Chilean friend of mine got 16 AR$.
