US bars Cristina from entering the country

"Not yet" would apply to Milei and his crypto scam as well, the "move fast and take things" ethos is really obvious.

But, there we have it. The law in the US, as @Dim Witty says is, "just applied to political enemies", and not to convicted criminals. But also, as @Dim Witty says, convicted criminals are not welcome in Argentina, so I do hope we won't have to welcome Trump down here any time soon. And there will probably be warrants out for him from the ICC at some point anyway.

Eurodisney is quite nice too.

Cristina Fernández is a convicted criminal.

I really doubt that Cristina was on the radar in the US, until Milei went whingeing to his orange-haired Daddy Warbucks and shafted Cristina. The pettiness, including bans on Cristina's family members, is a giveaway.
I don’t think due credit is given to the astonishing scope of Christina‘s theft and corruption, to say nothing of her long political mismanagement of Argentina. Advertising Christina to the world as a criminal not worthy to enter the United States is in my view a highly appropriate consequence, not a petty one.

You might very well be right, I would love to see a neutral (I know, it's not possible) summary of all that she's accused of. I believe @Redpossum has posted some accounts of alleged corruption (vialidad? I can't find the thread right now), which look decidedly sketchy.

I was suggesting that including her unconvicted family members in the travel ban is petty.

I don't necessarily admire Cristina, nor would I necessarily vote for her but she is calling Milei out very effectively, and what's more, she's the only one doing it effectively, as far as I can see.

What's sketchy is Cristina, not the cases against her. Página 12 has a very biased view; it's the Pravda of Kirchnerismo.
