Hello,
I'm sure this has been discussed far too many times, but I have citizenship questions. I've been scouring the interwebs and this forum seems to be the best place for assistance.
I was born and raised in the US, my mother is from Mar Del Plata, and my father (deceased) was American. I am looking to file for Argentine citizenship while here in the US (SoCal) and I'm having trouble understanding the process and the necessary documentation. To make matters worse, my Spanish is embarrassingly limited. I've been finding a lot of contradictory information as to what I need to do. As for my understanding, I need to present my birth certificate as well as my mothers, and my identification. Where do I get the paperwork for the application? Also, I've read that a copy of my mothers passport and my passport would be sufficient? This is something that is very important to me and your help is very appreciated.
Thank you,
Brandon
