US green fuel push threatens Argentina’s main export market
Biden administration’s landmark decarbonisation plan has the potential to cause tectonic shifts in global agricultural markets – and deal a damaging blow to Argentina’s troubled economy.

I used the title of the story as the title of this thread, but it can be a bit confusing. It's not actually about fuel exports or exports to the USA. The gist of the story is that the USA will be pressing a lot more of its own soybean crop for soy oil to make into "bio diesel". Since creating one ton of soy oil means creating 4 tons of soy meal as a byproduct, it is expected that the USA will now be exporting huge amounts of soy meal, thus competing with Argentine exports.
