Because I am here on a work visa through my company and they want us to be above the law. Its ok for me, it gives me an expenses paid trip to Buenos Aires (we live in Bahia Blanca - so far we have about 8 days we have had to be in BA for visa work, and I'll have at least another 2-4 for my DNI and my husbands).
Also once we get the DNIs travel will be cheaper for us.
