We have 2 Visa cards (Santander, Provincia) that include trip insurance. From reading their long/legalese product description it seems like they will cover medical, trip interruption or cancellation costs that we incur while traveling. And we don't need to use this card to purchase the airfare and hotels.
I've seen expat posts about which trip insurances expats are buying, so I wonder if the Visa offer is too good to be true?
Anyone have any experience with it?
