Dear All,
Please be warned of a person by the name of Ana (who refuses to give her surname). This person placed an ad in the Buenos Aires Herald requesting the services of proofreaders, to which I candidly responded. She sent me material to correct (which I did) and then she proceeded to tell me that I had been working on a test-basis and would therefore not get paid (which is illegal unless previously specified, and said work must be paid for anyway), and that someone else had been chosen for the job. In any case, the amount is so small, it's not worth mentioning. Her email address is [email protected].
