Western Union Change

How long has the change rate been this high. I have paid my rent without any commission, even feels like I got commision?
 
I know I am a little late to the conversation but I just on Saturday sent money to my friend from WU location in Los Angeles to a friend in Palermo and it worked out fine...77.46 to 1! Crazy

Wow. WU must have had a hiccup in their system. I just checked my Paypay/Xoom rate, and it's just 61ARS. Bloomberg is at ~59.8ARS. XE is at 59.7. But hey, all the more power to you.
