No, you can collect the funds at any location. Some locations are short on cash but you have plenty to choose from!

This is correct, and in order to recieve the funds, you will be required to provide the MCTN transaction number as well as present a government issued ID which bears the name that matches (exactly) the name of the recipient of the funds.
