I know there are many new rules but I need to send USD. Can I pay pesos at a local WU office in BA? How do I do it? Thanks....
 
Depends on the country , also limits apply, fees are atrocious.....! must go in person with ID and photocopy

Have you looked at the competition --- XOOM -- there are ways to move money other than WU -- Xoom is one of them .. there are others too. Never feel you need to stick with the big guns when others can do the job as well and most likely cheaper too. Check around -- in the process you gain a new education too. All the best.
