What a GREAT Surprise This AM!

I woke up this morning to a familiar smell but ... no ... it can't be! Jumped out of bed to find my wife cooking a huge stack of pancakes!

Hot, steaming, browned, with lots of melted butter ... and a new huge jar of real Vermont syrup on the table! On our last trip to the USA she had purchased it and stuffed it into her carry on without me knowing.

And just think ... the kids are going with their father for two days.

i went back home recently and had at least 2 breakfasts of hotcakes (in McDonalds) / pancakes during my time there.

How do you get maple syrup into a carry on and through TSA-hole it looks like a brown liquid bomb , you know?.
