What Is Classified As 90 Days?

Hello,

I am wondering if anyone can help me on what the Argentine authorities consider 90 days. Does it include the day you entered and the day you leave? If I came in on 6th November is my 90th day 3rd or 4th Feb 2013?

The earliest I can get to Uruguay is Monday but I don't see the point of paying for the ferry if I will also have to pay the fine. I may as well wait until I go to Chile. On that. anyway have any experience of paying the fine at the Chilean boarder near El Calafate?
