Planning on moving back just curious any better under the new administration? I know it is going to take time but it looks me like things are starting to open up a little. Paypal now accepted and other things.

The start looks promising but right now it is very expensive with the same quality as ever. If in 2 years things are going to go back to where they were, you might enjoy again the cheap price but absolutely don't look forward to more progresses or openness.
