What to pack?

Very useful forum! Other than my laptop and clothes, what should I plan on bringing to BA if I plan on a year?
I have a job offer I'm considering.

>How much cash is prudent to take?
>What type of cell phone/plan for calls between US and AR?
>ACH or Wire transfers from USA to AR savings account?
>Should I buy some high-end consumer electronics in US for resale?
>What about my car? Should I buy a car in BA or ship?
(My current car is just a late model Subaru)
Could I ship it and re-sell it in BA for above US market rate?
>What type of medical plans are suggested (I'm healthy)
