What to pay a tech helper

What should be the hourly wage for an occasional tech helper here in BA? This is not for hardware just information help and likely is mostly not in-person but could be.

31.000 an hour...ummm...I don't think so to just ask basic tech questions... That's $20 USD an hour!!!
