This kind of shirt may be a bit too optimistic in early June.
 
Argentines get colder much easier, I've lived in Los Angeles for 17 years and even during the winter I didn't feel much need to bundle up and it's pretty much the same thing.
 
I can take the cold. It gets down to 65 degrees (!!) here in Southern California in the winter. It's the rain I try to avoid. Does it rain often in BA in June?
 
It gets colder than that but rains less. Check out some of the average weather charts on accuweather or one of many other sites.

Anyway, winter is one of the periods with least precipitation, normally.
