Whats up with Argentines not wanting business?

It's uncanny! This is exactly what I have been thinking about recently. It's like, even if I'm ready to make a decision and pay the seller, they end up giving excuses for not meeting, even after we mutually set up an appointment the day before (for vehicle viewing). It's really mind-blowing and I totally get the "spite" feeling. But how many people are you going to be angry with...😕

Argentina is like post colonialism still in action, one of the core idea is to drive most valuable resources to the capital, just like what Spanish empire did back then, to fund the splendidness of Spain. So the best are alway found in CABA.

Attitude wise, it's a long standing part of culture, trust me, it could get worse.
If I have a choice, I would move to Asia again, maybe Thailand maybe Japan.

I am not sure I understand your comment.

CABA was and is the historical capital as well as port city, so it is logical to be a major center for commerce.
Within CABA there will be many academics, professionals with the biggest offices, lawyers, finance, accounting, etc that will service the rest of the country and foreigners looking for support of the local market.

But in terms of salaries, I believe that Oil and Gas, Mining are on average the highest paid industries across all level of people employed by operations and these are spread out throughout the country. There are also Argentinians that work online for programming and other remote jobs that earn them USD or foreign currency. Medically, it seems like all the specialties are available in the interior which would like provide a slower pace of life and lower cost of living for the same professionals compared with the hustle and bustle of CABA. Living in the secondary capital cities or out in the country offers them lower cost of living and more take home without impacting their ability to earn a good wage and enjoy a reasonably high quality of life depending on what one's interests are.

I know people that go/went weekly from CABA to the interior to work during the week.
