Where can I get my hair dreaded at?

Today at the street fair in San Telmo I noticed one of the vendors had set up a sign advertising that he did dread locs. He was on a corner of Defensa and one of the side streets.
 
yeah, there's a guy that does them at the feria san telmo. also there are quite a few people who do them at the feria recoleta on saturdays and sundays. and there are a couple really nice dudes who do them at parque rivadavia in between subte stops acoyte and rio de jainero (linea a) in caballito. just ask for "rastas"
