Where do you take visitors for MONDAY LUNCH?

So I have a group of out-of-towners (extranjeros) this Monday and they want to go to lunch. The problem for me is that Mondays are absolutely horrible for taking people to lunch. All my favorite "clasico" places are closed:

Cafe San Juan
La Brigada
Desnivel
El Obrero
El Sanjuanino

Also, since we won't be in Palermo, I want to mention that suggestions would need to be from the Microcenter to San Telmo and onto La Boca. (Maybe in Monserrat, including the far side of Av. 9 de Julio.)

May I suggest Don Ernesto in San Telmo (Carlos Calvo 375, tel. 4307-6927)? It's owned by the same people as Desnivel (but I vastly prefer Don Ernesto). I have taken many a visitor there and they loved it -- it is touristy, but consistently good.
