I buy all my cheap electronics on Mercado libre. Even if you dont buy from there, you should at least compare prices on there.

I'd check the online prices first to get a good idea on current prices and then either go to Galeria Jardin - Florida y Tucuman - or to the nearest computer store. While evaluating prices, put a price in the time invested to go buy the item if it is way out of your way.
Belgrano, Cabildo y Juramento area also has a bunch of Galerias that house computer stores.
