Where to buy serigrafias ?

What art district?
I don't know. There has to be one somewhere in a city of this size. Argentinos are very artsy, after all.
If we keep talking about it, and bumping this thread up toward the top , somebody will have a suggestion.

https://buenosaires.gob.ar/distrito-de-las-artes ?

https://www.tallerserigrafico.com.ar/ this one looks promising

http://yuyo.com.ar/ or this one

Tienda Quorum has some interesting pieces by cool Argentine artists, both originals and prints in different price ranges. https://www.tiendaquorum.com (San Telmo).
If you are interested in art this is also an interesting place to visit, it's an old warehouse which now houses the workshops of a couple of young artists. it's in Paz Soldan 4950 (Paternal) . Every now and then there is a thing called "La Gran Paternal" where you can visit different workshops in the area and talk to the artists (www.lagranpaternal.com.ar)

The first link is about clothes; the second seems to be a place that will make prints of some sort

All serigrafas means in silkscreens.
Do you want to buy the screens themselves, to make silkscreens?
Do you want to have someone silkscreen designs of yours?
or do you want to buy artwork that has been silkscreened?
If the last- there are thousands of artists in Argentina who make work that way, everything from political posters to landscapes, in every style, size, and color.
Certainly there are art galleries that sell more prints than others, but this is a gigantic category, and you need to be a little more specific about what you want, size, imagery, price, style, age, and much more.

There are plenty of antique shops with older stuff, going back decades, all the way to the 20s or so.
Plenty of artists making work now, but prices can range from 20,000 pesos to ten thousand dollars...

If you wanted oil paintings, there is a difference between a dumpster landscape and a Rembrant. Same thing with silkscreened prints.
