Where To Change Euros

Hi can anyone recomend a good place to change euros for pesos?

In Belgrano (border with Nuñez) there is a cueva office on Congreso between Cabildo and ciudad de la paz, on the north side of the street, (closer to edge of capital) between a verduleria and a carniceria. My friend changed euros there when she was here in July and got 17 to the dollar... wonder where it is now!

Great thanks will try. Seems some places prefer Euros to others and give very different rates, unlike with dollars, that's why I ask.
