Where to exchange crypto to peso or dollar in BA?

I saw someone mention in WU thread about exchanging USDT at cuevas for close to the blue rate. I don't have any experience with cuevas and was wondering if anyone here had experience with or knew the process to exchange crypto to USD or ARS. If it matters, I have USDT (tethered to USD value).

You can go to most of the currency exchanges around the city. They'll have a sticker posted on their door or window talking about if they trade crypto. They'll base rates off Binance

On this note can I just rock up to any place that exchanges usdt and simply send them my usdt from coinbase(us) in exchange for pesos?

Or do I need to send from coin base to some local p2p exchange first, then send to whatever exchange.

I'm a newb at this sitting on 100usdt to experiment with.

I am exchanging on binance p2p, there are somes traders that pay cash and other with transfers.
