They aren't sold in-store here...The only place to buy is Mercado libre (and I'd be really careful about fakes if you go with that option).
I saw some Ugg versions (real sheepskin but not Ugg brand) in a small store along Malabia (I think between c-rica and cordoba).
And I've seen some synthetic Ugg rip-offs in stores along Santa Fe...These were very expensive for what they were though (half the price of real Uggs - between 250 and 300 pesos which, give that they retail for about 15 quid in the UK was ridiculous, I thought).
